“Trump scores big legal win against Pulitzer Prize board members as lawsuit moves to discovery.”
2/3/2025
The sub-headline reported the worst possible news for Pulitzer: “Pulitzer Prize board communications will not be protected from discovery in the landmark case.”
Judge Robert L. Pegg of the 19th Judicial Circuit Court in Okeechobee County, Florida, stuck down the defendants’ motion.
So, will NYT and WAPO lose to Trump in this defamation suit?
December 13, 2022 - Trump filed defamation suit against members of Pulitzer Prize Board for defending 'debunked' Russiagate honors.
Complaint says New York Times, Washington Post were 'rewarded for lying to the American public'.
Back and to the Right: The PendulumSwings Again
The Corbett Report (2/9/2025)
I’ve been hoping for the pendulum to ‘swing right’. Corbett’s article is well said and well done with a plethora of links to sources. Here’s an excerpt:
Populist movements, right-wing politicians and formerly verboten political ideas are growing in popularity around the world, from Trump and MAGA (and even MAHA) in the US to the AfD party in Germany to Milei in Argentina—and many other examples.
As interesting as this political shift is, however, the reaction to the phenomenon by the globalist Deep State is even more fascinating…
One of the greatest tricks the oligarchs have ever pulled is to convince the public that this swing of the pendulum is the only conceivable political reality. After all, there's a left wing. There's a right wing. There's even a center. And they all support censorship and banking cartels and wars of aggression. Deal with it, peasant!
But this is a lie. There is an entire other dimension to politics, one that has been deliberately withheld from our attention. Why? Because knowledge of this dimension would threaten the entire system of oligarchical, globalist control as it exists.

President Trump’s speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos
1/23/2025
This has been a truly historic week in the United States. Three days ago, I took the oath of office, and we began the golden age of America. The recent presidential election was won by millions of votes and all seven — every one of them — all seven swing states. It was a massive mandate from the American people like hasn’t been seen in many years. And some of the political pundits, even some of my so-called enemies, said it was the most consequential election victory in 129 years. That’s quite nice.
What the world has witnessed in the past 72 hours is nothing less than a revolution of common sense. Our country will soon be stronger, wealthier, and more united than ever before, and the entire planet will be more peaceful and prosperous as a result of this incredible momentum and what we’re doing and going to do. FISA Backdoor Searches Ruled Unconstitutional
This is great news!!
On January 27, 2025, a federal court ruled that the FBI's warrantless "backdoor" searches of communications collected under Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) are unconstitutional, violating the Fourth Amendment.
The ruling, made by US District Court Judge LaShann DeArcy Hall, determined that these searches, which allow the FBI to search through databases of communications collected under the guise of foreign intelligence gathering, are unconstitutional without a warrant.
The decision was based on the case of Agron Hasbajrami, a legal permanent resident arrested in 2011 for providing material support to a terrorist organization. Some of the evidence used against Hasbajrami was obtained through warrantless searches under Section 702.
Despite the ruling, Hasbajrami's conviction was upheld, as the judge denied his motion to suppress the evidence obtained through these searches on separate grounds.
Privacy advocates, including the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), hailed the ruling as a significant victory and called for Congress to refuse to renew Section 702 without necessary reforms, such as requiring a warrant for querying US persons' data and increasing transparency.
The EFF and ACLU have long argued that Section 702, which allows the government to collect a massive amount of communications data from overseas, often including US citizens, should be reformed to protect civil rights and civil liberties.
Congress is set to review Section 702, which is due to expire in 2026, and may consider reforms to address the constitutional concerns raised by the ruling.
Argentina Announces Withdrawal From WHO Over COVID Lockdown ‘Economic Catastrophe’
2/5/2025
This is good because Milei recognizes the pitfalls in the WHO also. May more countries have the intelligence and the courage to to withdraw too.
Donations: Who is Funding Which Politicians?
God bless you, God bless President Trump and team, and God bless America!
Stay calm - President Trump is a businessman who operates strategically, and not everything will make sense at first. His plan to shrink government and Make America Great Again is a process, not an overnight fix. Trust the long game, not just the headlines.
