Two PDFs are below.
One is a summary research report on documented community impacts, legal cases, siting standards, and risk-reduction approaches related to large data centers.
The other is a working draft of a white paper I’m writing. It includes a set of practical questions that communities, policymakers, or organizations may want answered before supporting or approving a large project. They grew directly out of the research and are intended to help move the discussion from “what can go wrong?” to “what information should we have before problems develop?”
Both documents are copyrighted and the completed products will be Registered.
As always, do your own research and make up your own mind.
